With over two decades of experience as a corporate executive, Joanne Voelcker founded Mt Airy Lavender farm in Coatesville, PA.

The farm boasts over 2,000 lavender plants spread across 10 distinct varieties, all cultivated, harvested, and distilled on-site to produce artisanal wellness and culinary lavender

In addition to running Mt Airy Lavender, Joanne helps other small business owners and entrepreneurs in starting or growing their businesses.

Joanne serves on the board of the US Lavender Growers’ Association and is a certified Business and Mindset Coach.
