Lavender Sugar

Keep lavender sugar on hand and add to your coffee or tea. Sprinkle on fruit, butteries and grapefruit.

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups granulated sugar

2 Tablespoons dried lavender culinary buds

DIRECTIONS:

 In a food processor spice grinder, grind sugar and lavender until very fine.  If using a spice grinder, work with ½ cup sugar and ½ Tablespoon of the lavender at a time.

Store in an airtight jar for up to 6 months.
