Step away from the noise. Step into calm.
Mt Airy Lavender is teaming up with Christy Barber Smith, founder of Positive Education, to bring you a series of wellness events throughout the spring and summer. Join us for the first workshop in our 2026 Wellness Series — an immersive afternoon designed to help you reset, restore, and create lasting peace in your everyday life.
In a world filled with constant demands, looping thoughts, and feelings of overwhelm, true calm doesn’t just happen — it’s created with intention. This experience will guide you in building a simple, sustainable 30-day plan to cultivate calm, reduce anxiety, and reconnect with yourself.
What You’ll Experience
We’ll begin gathered in the barn before walking down to the peaceful springhouse, surrounded by nature — the perfect setting to slow down and breathe deeply.
Throughout the afternoon, you will:
• Explore how stress patterns form — and how to gently break the cycle
• Learn practical tools and daily joy practices
• Create your own lava bead bracelet infused with lavender essential oil — a wearable reminder of your commitment to calm
• Design a personalized 30-Day to Calm Plan rooted in habit formation and self-care
• Connect with other women in a supportive, uplifting environment
Enjoy 10% off of your in-store purchases that day
We’ll close with sharing, a lavender-inspired mocktail, and light refreshments.
